The Beltone HearPlus™ app is compatible with the following hearing aids:

The Beltone HearPlus app lets you control your hearing aids directly from your mobile device. You can change programs, and make simple or more advanced sound adjustments and save them as favorites. The app helps you learn what you can do and how to do it. It can even help you find your hearing aids if you lose them.

Use the Beltone HearPlus app to:
• Adjust volume settings on your hearing aids
• Mute your hearing aids
• Adjust volume of your optionally acquired Beltone streaming accessories
• Adjust speech focus as well as noise and wind-noise levels with Sound Enhancer (feature availability depends on your hearing aid model and the fitting by your hearing care professional)
• Change manual and streamer programs
• Edit and personalize program names
• Adjust treble, middle and bass tones to your preferences
• Save your preferred settings as a Favorite – you can even tag to a location
• Help locate lost or misplaced hearing aids
• Tinnitus manager: Adjust sound variation and frequency of the Tinnitus Sound Generator. Select Nature Sounds (feature availability depends on your hearing aid model and the fitting by your hearing care professional)

Pros and cons of Beltone HearPlus app for iPhone and iPad

Beltone HearPlus app good for

Excellent App from Beltone. It fully replaces the standard remote. If you wear the First hearing aids, you have to use this app

It would be nice if belltone allowed you to have more control of what features you have turned on and off on your device. This app only allows you to control the functionality that beltone has allowed you to access. Features like cross talk can be turned on and off by the user. Also as beltone is just rebrand of resound aids this is also a porblem with resound ones as well. But overall this app works very well and is very useful.

Works well with iPhone. Replaced my Bluetooth ear piece except for the ability to notify me when separated from my phone. It can detect the lost hearing aid but I wish the hearing aid can detect lost connection with the phone. Probably an update to the ear piece rather than this app.

Some bad moments

Ever since the new update my hearing aides keep connecting and disconnecting from my device. I hope they can check what is wrong with the app. My $4,000.00 hearing are not performing the way they should with this app. Please do something to fix this issue.

This application has brought my hearing to to my fingertips. I can now quickly adjust my hearing aid presets, volumes, bass and treble, and add locations to my favorites for a simple and fast switch right phone my phone. A great addition for any Beltone First user!!!!

Been using app two days. It has great features to control the hearing aids. The best is all calls you hear the caller in both hearing aids. There are a few kinks in app but for most part its great break through for hearing impaired hopefully there will be some updates. If you have Beltone first devices this is a must.

Payed an obscene amount of money for these hearing aids for my husband so that he would be able to make and receive calls through his hearing aids! However, the app doesnt work half of the time. The aids and the app loose connection several times a day. He has to turn his phone off and reset it numerous times a day just to get them to link up. When accessing the app, sometimes it just constantly attempts to load and that requires turning the phone off and in to reset it. Please provide some updates to fix this problem. Its annoying to spend this much money and not be able to use the product as intended. This app is the only way to adjust the volume. HELP PLEASE!!!!

Beltone and Apple have helped the hard of hearing by Bluetooth and application. The application has my places where you can modify you hearing to the setting. Then the next time you are there you phone used GPS and changes you hearing aids to the custom setting. All controls AMP, base, treble, left, and right are on your iPhone. The coolest part is your calls go directly to your hearing aids! Your music from the iPhone goes directly to your hearing aids.
